SHIPPING

  • audiofly.com currently ships to addresses in Australia, the United States and Canada. Beyond this, we have a network of distributors and dealers around the world who offer shipping to other regions. If you cannot find a local reseller, please use this form to contact us and ask about shipping in your region.
  • Orders placed through audiofly.com will usually dispatch within 48 hours but may take longer due to larger order volumes or unexpected factors. We will always endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible and communicate any delays to you promptly. 
  • Australian orders will ship via Australia Post eParcel® Service with tracking information. Standard delivery time is usually between 3-5 days. An automated email with a delivery confirmation number will be sent. It may only update once the item has been delivered.
  • US orders will ship via UPS ground shipping. Standard delivery time is usually between 1-5 days. An automated email with a delivery confirmation number will be sent. It may only update once the item has been delivered.
  • Canadian orders will ship via UPS ground shipping. Standard delivery time is usually between 3-7 days. An automated email with a delivery confirmation number will be sent. It may only update once the item has been delivered.

RETURNS

  • We rely on your satisfaction to spread the news about Audiofly products. When you purchase online from audiofly.com you are covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. This means if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return to us (as new, in packaging) for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase
  • Authorised returns are processed twice a week, usually within 72 hours of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Paypal account used for purchase. We can only Authorise a return if you have contacted us prior to returning the product. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.

WHOLESALE

  • For dealer enquiries, please provide the following details on the contact form: name and location of your store, URL or your website (if applicable), pictures of your shop and other brands you carry.
  • For distribution enquiries, please indicate the name, location and website for your distribution business on the contact form.

MEDIA

  • If you require brand or product resources for media purposes please fill out the contact form and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.


WARRANTY

AUDIOFLY offers a limited two-year warranty that guarantees all products, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from either AUDIOFLY.com or an authorized retailer.

To be eligible for this warranty you must supply original sales receipt that shows:
- The retailer you purchased the product from
- The product name and product code
- Date of purchase
Any inability to supply original proof of purchase will mean you are unable to claim any warranty repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover unauthorized copies of AUDIOFLY products, and does not cover any accessories, including storage cases, pouches or ear tips.

This form is for customers who bought from audiofly.com, or from one of our authorised dealers in Australia & North America. If you’ve purchased from Amazon, or a dealer in another region, you will need to contact that particular dealer to claim warranty.
